HSE Leadership Training

Audience

The targeted audience is first line supervisors, coordinators, HSE officers and engineers. The course will be delivered in English language with some explanation can be done in Arabic.

Purpose

The Executive Leadership focuses on management systems that have enable you to maintain a strong safety leadership position. This training is designed to help leadership align its safety vision, energize commitment and involvement, and set the stage for rolling out an effective safety improvement effort. It gives participants a better understanding of the conditions and methods required for the implementation of a strong, effective and ongoing safety management effort within an organization.
